      The Bible is a collection of sixty-six books. They are broken into two parts. The Old Testament has thirty-nine books and the New Testament has twenty-seven books. The Old Testament was originally written in Hebrew and the New testament in Greek. These books were written by a wide variety of people over a wide expanse of time. The Outlines convey the content of the book with great detail and full thoughts so that one sees clearly how the biblical text both flows and divides.       The first division used to organize the books of the Bible is the division between the Old and New Testaments. This one is relatively straightforward.
